Overview
Description

CdSSe/ZnS is a ternary alloy quantum dot, which can absorb and cover the entire visible light band, thereby improving the performance of optical devices, which brings great application prospects. The dispersion in water is achieved by coating the surface of the quantum dots with hydrophilic surfactants. Three different water-soluble forms have surfactant end groups, which are carboxylic acids (-COOH), primary amines (-NH2), or diols (-CHOH-CH2OH).
