Overview of Protein G - 40nm Gold Conjugate
Description
Applications
Storage
Protein G - 40nm gold conjugate is a complex formed by the conjugation of Protein G to 40 nm gold nanoparticles. Protein G is a cell wall protein derived from group G of Streptococcus. It can specifically bind to the Fc region of IgG from a variety of species and has better binding capacity to IgG than Protein A. When Protein G - 40nm gold conjugate is added to biological samples, target proteins or antigens can be detected and visualized. One of its main advantages is their high sensitivity and specificity in detecting target proteins or antigens in biological samples. In addition, the small size of the gold particles allows for precise localization of the target molecule, making it particularly useful in electron microscopy studies where high resolution and detail are required.
