Description
Applications
Storage
Protein G - 20nm silver conjugate is a complex formed by the conjugation of Protein G to 20 nm silver nanoparticles. Protein G is a bacterial protein derived from the cell wall of group G Streptococci, which has a high affinity for the Fc region of immunoglobulins (IgG) from various species. The silver nanoparticles provide excellent signal amplification and visualization capabilities due to their unique optical properties, which allow for enhanced light scattering and absorption. This leads to a stronger and clearer signal when visualized under a light microscope or other imaging techniques. Conjugating Protein G to silver nanoparticles allows for sensitive and reliable detection and analysis of proteins and antigens in a variety of biological samples.
Store undiluted in storage buffer at 2-8 °C. Stable for 4 months if stored as specified.
