Colloidal materials play a very important role in the remediation of systems contaminated with hazardous substances. Alfa Chemistry has conducted a comprehensive research on the application of colloidal materials in pollution separation and remediation. We can use colloidal materials to complete the separation and remediation of pollutants such as suspended particulates, dyes and chemical reagents in soil and liquid matrices, as well as particulate pollutants in the air.
Alfa Chemistry mainly uses colloidal gas aphrons (CGAs) to achieve a variety of pollution remediation. CGAs consist of spherical microbubble systems mostly exceeding 25 µm in diameter. The bubbles are encapsulated in a multi-layered shell composed of surfactant and liquid. CGAs have some colloidal properties and behave as shear-thinning fluids that are suitable as separation and mass transfer agents.

Our repair capabilities include but are not limited to:

Our remediation process mainly includes: 1. Determine the structure and concentration of pollutants and the properties of the substrate; 2. Find the type and concentration of suitable surfactants; 3. Determine the washing method; 4. Conduct remediation experiments and calculate removal efficiency.
