The gold nanoparticle size optimization panel (endotoxin free) combines four sizes of unconjugated gold nanoparticles in one convenient kit, with a small size range from 5 nm to 20 nm. And it have been validated for endotoxin levels using the Limulus amebocyte lysate (LAL) test. It is used to test optimal size and suitability during your protocol development. In particular, it is well suited for conjugation of antibodies for use in lateral flow and blotting applications.
