Description

The quick-drying silica sol is a polymer modification on the surface of the silica sol, so that the casting shell mold can establish the wet strength in advance, shorten the drying time of the casting shell mold, and thus improve the casting production efficiency. Second, the desorbed polymer molecules are re-interleaved together to form a thin polymer film with cohesive properties. In addition, by controlling the environmental humidity and wind speed, the quick-drying silica sol shell and the silica sol shell also form a humidity gradient with high inside and outside, which accelerates the evaporation of water and shortens the gelation and hardening time.
