Overview

Description

Lead is gray and easily oxidized by oxygen in the air into gray-black lead oxide, making its silvery white luster gradually dull. However, this layer of lead oxide forms a dense film that prevents further oxidation of the lead inside. Because of this, and the chemical properties of lead are relatively stable, lead is not easily corroded. Nano-lead is a gray-black liquid, with a fine and greasy feel, heavy in quality, insoluble in water and alcohol, but soluble in carbonated water and dilute nitric acid.
