We utilize advanced synthesis techniques to create polymer microspheres tailored to specific size, and material requirements. • Material selection: We synthesize a variety of polymer microspheres, including polylactic acid (PLA) microspheres, polyethylene (PE) microspheres, polypropylene (PP) microspheres, polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) microspheres, polystyrene (PS) microspheres, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) microspheres, etc.
• Particle size control: We employ various synthesis methods, such as emulsification, solvent evaporation, or polymerization techniques, which allow us to manipulate the size of the microspheres during their formation, meeting needs from nano- to micron scales, and achieving a uniform particle size distribution.

Our team can modify the surface properties of polymer microspheres to enhance their performance for particular applications, such as increased biocompatibility, targeted drug delivery, or improved adsorption capacity. We can introduce specific chemical groups, such as amino, carboxyl, hydroxyl, and thiol groups, onto the surface of microspheres. • Chemical composition: We use techniques such as fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) to determine the chemical structure and functional groups present in the microspheres.
• Surface area and porosity: BET (Brunauer-Emmett-Teller) surface area analysis is used to measure the surface area and pore size characteristics.
• Thermal stability: Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) are used to assess thermal properties such as melting temperature, glass transition temperature, and thermal degradation.
